After holding leadership positions with Merck, Bausch and Lomb, and GE Healthcare, Lance followed his passion for the fitness industry and started MobileFit. He is the author of a number of eBooks on member attraction, engagement and retention, including The Science of Member Retention

Lance is responsible for leading MobileFiT's vision and strategic direction in product development and process-improvement consulting. Prior to establishing MobileFiT, he worked in the areas of sales and marketing, product development, and Six Sigma process improvement. He held leadership positions within fortune 500 companies including Merck, Bausch and Lomb, and GE Healthcare. He is a serial entrepreneur, starting several companies ranging from Accelerated Learning Strategies, to cloud-based wellness tracking and member retention predictive technologies.
